There is no minimum age to participate in these experiences, although persons under the age of 18 will require completion of a consent form by a parent or guardian.
The minimum height of participants is 140cm.
The maximum weight of participants 110kg.
Flights will be conducted in a four seat PA-28.
All flights are dependent on weather and aircraft serviceability. Should your flight be cancelled due to a reason beyond our control, you may re-book your experience for any time in the next 12 months at no additional cost.
This experience is for 1 person only.
No experience is required; you will be supervised by an expert instructor at all times.
Customers wishing to change the date or time of their booking greater than 48 hours prior to the booking start time can do so at no additional cost.
Please refer to the refund and cancellation policy for any bookings within 48 hours.
No refunds are given once purchased.

Once in the ‘Captains seat’ your First Officer will show you a few of the basic operations and relevant features to help you feel at ease and prepare you for take-off. Please note - Anyone young not able to reach the controls can sit on an adults lap and work in tandem to be able to enjoy the experience

There are a maximum of 4 guests (passengers) that can come and sit behind viewing the flight
Refused Entry
You will be refused entry to SFC 737 Simulator if in our opinion, you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or are physically incapable of using the Simulator. In this situation, your youcher will be cancelled without refund
During the Experience
Your Actions - If the duration of your experience is reduced as a result of any of your actions, including but not limited to, your late arrival, your request for a toilet break, sickness or any physical restriction which affects your experience, you will not be entitled to any compensation or a refund
Technical Problems - If the SFC 737 Simulator encounters technical problems which reduce the quality or duration of your experience, you will receive appropriate compensation as agreed between us. This compensation may be a rescheduling of your booking, an offer of goods or a cash refund. All compensation will be in accordance with any local law
Video Recording - Where a video recording of a flight has been pre-purchased or requested on the day and for any technical reason SFC 737 Simulator is not able to provide the appropriate recording you will entitled to a refund to the value of the video recording. No additional compensation will be given
Physical Mobility to Enter the SFC 737 Simulator
Entry to Simulator - There are 20 stairs to reach the SFC 737 Simulator
The SFC 737 Simulator replicates the flight deck of an aircraft and requires a degree of physical mobility for entering and exiting that may not be suitable for some people
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether you are physically capable of using the simulator. Please check with us prior to your experience if you have any concerns about any physical restrictions that may affect your experience
Release and Indemnify

Note: Each time you order an experience it will deduct that cost from your voucher. Aircraft flight is only valid for 1 passenger (minimum age 16yo). Simulator ride is valid for 1 participant and up to 4 observers. Aircraft flight is subject to weather and will be postponed if required at no additional cost. Subject to weather - both your simulator session & flight will be booked together.

Change of Date/Time:
Up to 48 hours prior - You can change the day or time of any booking up to 48 hours prior and you will incur no fee
Within 48 hours - If you change the day or time of any booking within 48 hours it will incur a $50 rebooking fee
No Show - If you do not show up to your booking, your booking/voucher will be cancelled with no refund given
Refunds/Change of mind:
Within 7 days of purchase - Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase will incur an admin fee of 10% of the purchase price
After 7 days of Purchase - No Refunds will be given after 7 days from purchase. Please refer to Date/Time change T&C's above.
Gift Vouchers:
Upgrade Gift Voucher - If you wish to upgrade your gift voucher this can be done by payment of the difference between the current simulator experience cost and the upgraded simulator experience cost
Downgrade of Gift Voucher - No part refund will be given if you wish to reduce experience cost
Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash
Third Party Vouchers:
If you have booked using a voucher, we require you bring the original voucher information on the day for redemption. Please have your voucher details via your smart phone or a printed copy ready for your Pilot to redeem, failure to do so may result in refusal of flight
On the Day:
You may be asked to present a form of photo identification with your voucher or experience before you will be granted entry to the SFC 737 Simulator
We reserve the right to refuse you entry to the SFC 737 Simulator if you do not produce appropriate photo identification. This would mean your voucher or experience may be cancelled and you will receive no refund
Min/Max Age & Max Guests
Minimum age for the pilot of the simulator - 6 years old
Any children must be supervised by an adult whilst in the waiting area and in the Simulator
Please note - Anyone young not able to reach the controls can sit on an adults lap and work in tandem to be able to enjoy the experience
There is no maximum age
There are a maximum of 4 guests (passengers) that can come and sit behind viewing the flight
Refused Entry
You will be refused entry to SFC 737 Simulator if in our opinion, you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or are physically incapable of using the Simulator. In this situation, your youcher will be cancelled without refund
During the Experience
Your Actions - If the duration of your experience is reduced as a result of any of your actions, including but not limited to, your late arrival, your request for a toilet break, sickness or any physical restriction which affects your experience, you will not be entitled to any compensation or a refund
Technical Problems - If the SFC 737 Simulator encounters technical problems which reduce the quality or duration of your experience, you will receive appropriate compensation as agreed between us. This compensation may be a rescheduling of your booking, an offer of goods or a cash refund. All compensation will be in accordance with any local law
Video Recording - Where a video recording of a flight has been pre-purchased or requested on the day and for any technical reason SFC 737 Simulator is not able to provide the appropriate recording you will entitled to a refund to the value of the video recording. No additional compensation will be given
Physical Mobility to Enter the SFC 737 Simulator
Entry to Simulator - There are 20 stairs to reach the SFC 737 Simulator
The SFC 737 Simulator replicates the flight deck of an aircraft and requires a degree of physical mobility for entering and exiting that may not be suitable for some people
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether you are physically capable of using the simulator. Please check with us prior to your experience if you have any concerns about any physical restrictions that may affect your experience
Release and Indemnify
As a condition of your purchase of a gift voucher or experience and your agreement to use the SFC 737 simulator, you agree to release and indemnify SFC 737 simulator and all of its employees, agents and contractors from and against all actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses of whatever nature which any of them may suffer, incur or become liable to as a result of your use of the SFC 737 simulator

This ‘Aviation Enthusiast’ package it about building on your skills each time you fly, just like we do in real flight training.
Start with the 30 min ‘High Speed’ package and learn the Basics of Flying, come back later to build on those skills with the 45 min Night and Day flying. You are now starting to master your flying skills as you return to Fly the 60min ‘All Rounder’ with Adverse weather a challenging approach, and basic Auto pilot. Your last flight will pull all your skills together that you have gained over the time as you experience everything that a 737 Captain will experience with the 90 min ‘Aviation Enthusiast’.
