After 15 years as a hospitality business entrepreneur, Joseph embarked on his long-held dream of becoming a pilot. After graduating from SFC as a flight instructor, his potential was quickly recognised, with his passion for customer service and quality training leading him to the role of CEO in 2014. With knowledge of the aviation sector and its global demands, Joseph has placed SFC in a position to continue to expand for generations to come.

A long-time flyer since he was just 14, Grant has been SFC's Head of Operations since 2021. Having commenced his commercial flying career in 2013, Grant complements his rich flying experience with his strong customer service background, built from his extensive work in international hospitality. Grant's passion for delivering the best learning experience for SFC's students makes him a critical asset for a flight college focused on people first.

A familiar face at SFC since 2013, Carlos brings professionalism framed with a warm smile whenever he enters the doors. Along with his roots in international airlines and ground operations, Carlos richly complements the College with his experience in all aspects of customer service and student support. His infectious influence spreads through SFC, guiding both staff and students to nothing short of success.

Emmanuel has over 20 years business and finance experience in both professional service accounting and manufacturing. He founded a leading Australian manufacturing enterprise which supplies both domestic and international markets. With a solid understanding of financial principles and corporate governance, he is a Graduate of the Institute of Company Directors, Member of the Institute of Public Accountants, holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of International Studies.

Jo holds a Commercial Pilot Licence which led to a diverse career spanning aviation, transport and IT, including five years with Qantas. A hands-on and practical leader, she brings strong capability in driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Jo is passionate about project management and loves nothing better than rolling her sleeves up and pitching in with the team.  She holds an MBA (Deakin University’s Brookes Medal, 2015) and graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Over 15 years of experience in sales, customer service and people development has seen Angela build and perfect successful businesses. Understanding the motivations and barriers to client engagement, she utilises her talents to develop and implement successful business strategies. Her unique set of skills, and ability to continuously identify best practice and exceptional leadership, drives the consistent growth and revenue that we see at SFC.

Brad’s love for aviation runs deep. Having gained both a commercial pilot licence and multi-engine instrument rating in 2010, he later immersed himself in aircraft maintenance, becoming a Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in 2017. As SFC’s Chief Engineer, his unique blend of piloting experience and engineering skillset ensures a seamless bridging together SFC’s operational needs with aircraft maintenance requirements.

A commercial pilot since 1983, Cam brings 28 years of Vocational Education and Training to SFC, further cementing the college’s place as Sydney’s premium flying school. Cam has gained professional experience in variety of fields, from five-star hotels around the world, national business, and has led other training professionals as a former head teacher. Combined with his passion of flight, he plays a key role as a board member, and anchors the college for its future growth.

Collaborative by nature, Dan ushers in his 14 years of safety experience to SFC, always ensuring that safety is truly second-to-none. As a passionate safety manager with experience in both major airlines and general aviation, he focuses on continuous safety improvement, learning design, and risk management across the entire aviation spectrum. With the front-line team’s safety at the core of all SFC stands for, Dan is the perfect choice for a continued, unblemished safety record at our College.
