WHAT IS THIS COURSE ABOUT?
Fly around your schedule.

The Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) is the minimum qualification you require to earn an income as a pilot. The commercial pilot stage of your flight training will broaden your understanding of how to handle an aircraft in a safe and efficient manner. Progress to fly the dependable and charter ready Cessna 182T Skylane where you will also attain the Manual Propeller Pitch Control (MPPC) endorsement.

Work towards your new career in the skies with SFC’s flexible study pathway.

Upon successful completion of this course, you'll be able to:

  • Fly anywhere within Australia and the world

  • Fly clear weather conditions during the day

  • Pilot single engine aeroplanes

  • Earn a living as a pilot (paid flying work)

  • Hold the CASA Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)

  • Hold the CASA Manual Propeller Pitch Control (MPPC) design feature

Is this course right for me?

I want to be a pilot.

I have always dreamed about becoming a pilot and want to make my dreams a reality. I have little to no flying experience.

I want a career change.

I feel unfulfilled and unmotivated in my current career. I am passionate about aviation and am looking for a career in a rapidly evolving and growing industry.

I want a flexible study schedule.

I currently can't commit to a full time program. I am looking for a course that offers me flexibility to study when I want.

"I completed my CPL training with SFC. Can't fault the experience at all. The culture that is more aero-club than education establishment is very homely and easy to get settled into. I would recommend SFC over every other flight training school."
