Sydney Flight College opened the doors to their Tamworth pilot academy today.

Pilots are jetting into Tamworth to get world class training for a career in aviation. A new flight simulator has been unveiled - that will help them develop the skills to manage real life scenarios in the air.

Tamworth's flight training capabilities have received a million-dollar investment that has turned Tamworth Airport into one of the few places that offer classroom-to-cockpit airline pilot training.

Sydney Flight College (SFC) Pilot Academy Tamworth has announced the addition of the ALSIM Airliner Simulator to its training fleet, marking a major step forward in the organisation’s ability to deliver airline-focused pilot training in Australia.

The all new state of art ALSIM Airliner Simulator was officially opened today as the new addition of SFC Australia Pilot Academy Tamworth.

A new flight simulator has been unveiled in Tamworth, and is one of only two in Australia. Operating at the International Flight School, the high-tech aviation equipment will help upskill budding pilots.
